Satisfied Customers

This is a customer with an ordinary Tele who wanted it set up like Brent Mason's guitar. All the original pickups and other electronics came out. A new pickup pocket had to be routed into the guitar body, a new slot had to be routed in the pickguard, and the pickguard was changed from the original flat/plain white guard to the brilliant pearloid white. The guitar is now a three-pickup guitar where it was originally a two-pickup guitar. Where this guitar originally had two single coil pickups, it now has a mini-humbucker Gibson pickup at the neckup, a Stratocaster pickup in the middle and a Telecaster stacked pickup at the bridge - much different than before. The electronics are much different, one pickup is coil-tapped, the middle pickup operates by itself and by its own volume switch alone. There's no guess-work as to how close this is to Brent's signature guitar, the wiring diagram is genuine, not left to interpretation - its the real-deal. This customer left my shop very happy with a great sounding, very versatile guitar - and I bet there's not another one like it in town!
